The genius in what the VA counties have done is that they did not act in response to laws already passed as they did in NY and CO. They acted first based on the pre-filed bills. This has put the Democrats in the position of having to affirmatively act in rebellion against the Constitution and against the overwhelming demonstrated will of the citizens. Now the State's Democrats have to react, pass the laws and threaten violence against citizens to see the laws enforced. As you posted, they are actually already making the threats -- before the laws are passed. So who is actually in rebellion here? Not the 2A counties, they are merely standing firm on the Supreme Law of the land. But the Virginia Democrats are clearly and visibly overthrowing it.

Exactly right. This is the time to get organized in our communities and in our local municipalities. We must be proactive.

What's happening in VA will spread if given a window of opportunity. Gun owners are notoriously bad at getting engaged until the Wolf is already at the door (or in the Gov. Mansion) and often that is too late.

We must use this as an opportunity to truly get organized and get vocal and send a clear message that we will not tolerate enforcement of any law that is repugnant to the Constitution. We must capitalize on this momentum all across this country or it could fizzle out.

It makes me wonder if the VA NG will turn guns on their on family. VA. was part of the confedercy and blood is thicker than water. If it pops off, will the NG turn on the politicians?
