I saw what you did there.

Bummer for the guy but he went quick, doing what he enjoys, may he RIP. It beats dying after falling out of it. How would you like having to tell your friends and relatives that your father died falling out of a tree stand? That would be embarrassing.

I don't get the embarrassment idea. A 52-year-old could have a medical event and fall out. Or do you mean he should have had his safety belt on, so he could dangle?

Imagine walking to your stand and seeing a dead guy hanging from it. Happened to a friend a few years ago in radnor.
Guy hanged himself with his belt (saw the pics my friend took), cops said they've been looking for him for a couple weeks,
    suicidal he was.

Is a fall to the ground a questioned suicide?

Yeah, he shouldn't have so stupid as to fall out of his tree stand. For some reason I think 'Polish' at the thought of it.

It seems the hunter doesn't fall far from the tree. I guess.

    So true!

It would be a pleasure to make it to 81 and die quick, doing something I love*.

Shot himself with a crossbow? Did he mistake himself for a deer?
