    Ultimately won't be up to them to determine outcome. Lessens liability that way. Reimbursement will depend on their participation.
    I can imagine a list of questions on a checklist. Answers, or non answers, will determine a score. Certain scores will "red flag" a response. Additive effect will come from practitioners observations.
    No, I'm not wearing tin foil on my head. However many of us have had ill feelings with the encroaching govt./health care liaison for quite awhile.
