Re: Recommend an AR-15 Charging Handle
Thanks to all the suggestions. I went ahead and got a Strike Industries latch. It was $14 with shipping and only took about 5 minutes to install. Here are some pictures.

I'll try it out for a while. If I like it enough I might get one for my M4 ish carbine with the Vortex Strike Eagel 1-6X24 scope.

Re: Recommend an AR-15 Charging Handle
I’ll let yous in on a little secret. Most AR parts are made by very large machine shops, and sold to various vendors. These vendors. These vendors then typically do either phosphate or hard anodizing treatment, brand the parts with their logos and sell it for whatever price THEY believe their name is worth. Case is point is the Radian charging handle at $80...or MORE!! It’s a piece of aluminum with a latch, some springs & pins! I’ve bee in building ARs since the beginning....right after the Clinton AWB expired. Guess what I use?

And it’s on a crazy sale right now! Just stay away from 6061 aluminum for them. It’s too soft.Remember Biden the Pedophile! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSRqaO6DXcA
