A supreme court ruling similar to Heller is needed here to quash NY city's unreasonable and arbitrary rules and the city knows they'll lose if this gets a ruling to force them to be more reasonable.

Yes, but did you catch Ginsburg's reason for her critical questioning: Because it would prompt people to purchase more firearms, and to leave some of those firearms unattended at times. Her reasoning is purely anti-gun.

Imagine that, people deciding to exercise one of their constitutional rights. People like her make me sick, they want absolutely no restrictions on abortions but want restriction after restriction on firearms ownership.

Maybe Ginsburg is fundamentally anti gun, but her questioning goes to the very heart of the law and shows it for the BS it is.

Regardless of the personal opinions of individual judges on the supreme court, they will ask questions and seek logic to explain the facts of a case before them. In this case the questions Ginsburg used helps the people living in New York city in the face of an unreasonable rule.

He adopted some children from Ireland or Scotland- where it's illegal to adopt out of country. This is the best case scenario in the conspiracy blogosphere, and the most believable... Although nothing seems to be off limits to these sick bastards and not much will surprise me anymore.
