As a trainer, I will probably purchase at least two of these. It has been a long time coming. I once heard, at my last Armorer Update, that the project was "scrapped forever" due to reliability issues with off brand .22 LR cartridges. That made sense to me. I will be anxious to fire one soon.

I probably won't be buying one, although I do see the training/practice value of the g44. A training/ plinker pistol just doesn't hit the "legendary" bar for me

Legendary doesn't necessarily mean it's a good type of legendary. You can be a famous legend and and infamous legend.

I am making a prediction that they sell about fifteen bazillion of these. I'll lay low and buy in the summer. I won't buy a "revamped" vehicle model either until it proves reliability for the masses.

I would consider buying it if the come out with one that matches the G34. If not, I'll stick with my Browning Buckmark.

^This^. I use an M&P22 now for training but will switch to these in 2020.

Reading a few of the comments, I take it that I'm not the first one to think, "yawn... yay."
