    Default Heinz Hall - Pittsburgh

Has anyone carried at Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh recently? I don't want to end up having to return to my car if I come across metal detectors at the entrance. I recently had to give up a teeny tiny multitool on my keychain at PNC Park because of 3/4" blade that would have a tough time hurting a sparrow.
    Thanks!

When the Byham and the Benedum added metal detectors Heinz Hall did not. But It's been since summer since I was there last so YMMV.

Thanks QuackXP. Their website just states the policy and bag checks, but you never know. My daughter is taking us to the symphony for my birthday and I hate to walk around downtown Pittsburgh (or anywhere else) unarmed.

That seems to be the hardest thing for people to get. I'm asked "Why would you possibly need to carry at the Benedum?" My reply "Why would you need to carry at a Colorado movie theater? And by the way...it really is more about the walk across town to the parking garage at midnight."
