Pistol grip on a Mossberg ... How bad could it really be?
I've probably got no fewer than a dozen posts in the past talking shit on people with pistol grip stocks on their Mossberg shotguns but now I'm giving it some serious thought. I hate my magpul stock and I want a collapsible pistol grip stock. Think of it this way; you still need to change your grip to hit the slide release on an 870 so does it really matter that I need to do that to engage or disengage the safety on a 590? I'd just have to train to only take the safety off and get into a firing grip when I'm ready to fire. I should be doing that anyway so maybe it's not such a bad idea ... What do you folks think?
I'm not talking about a pistol grip ONLY, those are dog shit. Specifically, I was looking at Mesa Tactical LEO kits and ATI talon T3.Last edited by Misery Loves Shotguns; December 1st, 2019 at 03:57 PM.
