Depends on where in the Poconos but they're bordering NY, NJ or both. It's a sad thing to see a PA FFL posting something like that and preemptively adopting that kind of neutered mind set. If they are hard up for business I don't imaging this will have any pro-2A buyers flocking to their shop.

I've been to this shop many times. Its a nice shop, plenty of hunting and fishing stuff. Good prices and good people. It is on the road from I-476 to Jack Frost/Big Boulder.

I believe they re-posted the post from Tom Wolf to show the BS being propagated by the governor.

I will stop and shop here again and again though hunting season.

    .
In fairness to the shop that could very well be the case. The image would have been well served with a bit of accompanying opinion or commentary.

I have done quite a lot of business with Eastern Arms over the years and never did I hear anything that supports this type of thinking. They don't cater to the NJ crowds like some other shops do in the area. It appears to me they copied and reposted the nonsense that Gov Wolf posted to let their followers know what's going down in Harrisburg.

It isn't a loophole. It's an exemption. It was intentionally not included in the regulation when the law was crafted.
Spot on. The LGS in the OP should have chosen their words more carefully. They are playing into the hands of the anti's with the 'loophole' language.

Rep sent. You are correct and I took it the same way. Perhaps they should have highlighted wolfs comment, so the it would STAND OUT!

They only reposted the crap the gov posted on Facebook they didn't write it themselves they aren't playing into anything.

I took it as they were criticizing Wolf for wanting universal BCG's. That said, they should not have said "loophole", they should have said "PA LAW allows private face to face sales of rifle and shotguns between PA residents and it needs to stay that way"
