Default Federal Legalization of Marijuana is On The Table.

    Mad Maddy has posted today...

Today, Judiciary Committee - Democrats will vote on The Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act and move this important criminal justice reform bill to the House floor.
This Act is supposed to decriminalize (legalize) the marahuchi and forgive all who have been convicted for it in the past. What I can't figure out is why is it, "Judiciary Committee - Democrats", and not just, "House Judiciary Committee"?

Because they have the majority on the committee, and even if some (R)s vote for it, it's likely the (D)s will have much larger numbers, and will take full credit for the advancement.

Aaaaa ok but if the numbers were flipped it would probably be 'bi-partisan' legislation.

legalization, another government word for tax.
repeal, a word no one in government has ever heard of.

not sure if we should roll with it or fight it and only stand for repeal.

How long will it take to delete the marijuana question from the 4473?

IIRC they were talking about a 5% tax on it.

I don't care who passes it, as long as the archaic laws against it are repealef

My foot Dr. said he did a thorough check on HEMP. It's legal in PA. Regarding a false positive on a drug test. If purchased from a reputable hemp-derived source you would have to consume the CBD at incredibly high levels.

I never tried any dope in my life. They say clinical trials to treat chronic pain, anxiety, ADHD, autism diabetes, dementia.

    Hmmm.

I wonder if El Chapo will get in on the forgiveness.
