You know we are able to read some pretty stupid things on this forum. It's almost a certainty that there is an author that tops the list with things that people just shake their heads and wonder did this guy actually say that? This is exactly what I mean about potheads.

My nephew was killed (stabbed) due to a drug deal gone bad.....However, blaming the "item" is not the answer, it's the BS "anything goes" progressive society we live in that has more to with it than anything. I could make the case if we lived in a "limited government society" with few to no drug laws, protected borders and no safety nets, my nephew would be alive----but I don't know that.

Pot makes you make bad decisions jewelry does not and neither do guns or other inanimate objects. Pot makes you stupid and the proof is right here in this thread over and over again. There are pot smokers that put others in danger by being extremely stupid people. I'm 62 years old have watched stupid people who are pot smokers for most of my life. It's always been the case that it's normal for people to be too stupid to know they are stupid. That's a pretty common thing and readily apparent. If you think drug cartels are going to sell their pot through stores and pay taxes to the US Federal government you may be too stupid to know you are stupid. Have a mental health professional check you out to make sure. The thinking person also knows there isn't a dime's bit of difference between liberal and libertarian both are destructive elements of society and culture.

I'm not a big proponent of legalization, other than the tax revenue it would bring in. But this seems a lot like the Dems "guns kill people" line of thinking. Pot didn't kill your buddies brother, 2 people did and his decision to be in possession of a large enough quantity to make him a robbery target probably contributed.... Buy the ticket, take the ride. Not trying to be offensive, just kicking in my 2cents.
