Are you high? People make giant fucking mistakes buying jewelry all the time, engagement rings mostly. There are a ton of antis out there that will tell you owning a gun causes you to murder, because it gives you a sense of power.

Also let me explain this since you seem to be willfully ignoring it

When you legalize a drug, especially one as easy to grow as pot, you get rid of the profit intensive since any idiot can just make his own. Cartels (who don't make their money off of pot) aren't going to bother selling it if they can't make money off of it. You are completely ignoring all of the legitimate grow operations that sprout up (no pun intended) when pot is localized at the state level. Same thing will happen if the feds decriminalize it.

You're wrong on every point as I already pointed out. You're theories have never worked. Just like the socialist say it's because you haven't done it my way yet.

this should be distilled down to:
    is giving government authority good?
is sticking to our founding principals good?

anyone like to point out that constitutional amendment authorizing the feds to regulate as they please?
i've never had pot, i drink moderately.

Potheads and alcoholics will starve themselves and their families on order to get that drunk or high.

The only thing that you have to do to stop being a maroon is not be a pothead.

And I've seen plenty of holier than thou stupid people that don't use drugs everyday. Some post way more than the pot heads on this forum. Of course the cartels aren't selling through the dispensary and won't if it's legal in more places. Americans who are in a legal business are the ones selling to them and would replace the cartels in the pot market if it were legal.

From your other post, I have friends that od'd and died. I didn't blame the drug or even the person selling it. It was their damn choice do it, just like your friends brother. That's a complete BS argument and you know it.

As a CDL holder I wouldn't be able to use it anyway, but telling adults you can't possess a plant, because it might make you silly is the antithesis of freedom. That's the problem with the conservative right. You like to speak a good game about freedom and liberty, but you really don't give fuck all about either.

Again, utter bullshit. Plenty of professional people use both drugs in moderation every day and seem to provide for there family just fine. I know several.

Its their morals or nothing. Freedom right up until it goes against the "morally approved freedom"

The age of govt controlling the info on drugs and terrifying kids into not using them is long gone, like 3d printed guns, the info is out there and free for anyone. Its time to stop pretending making stuff illegal will do anything.

Close your eyes, stick your fingers in your ears, and stomp your feet all you want. But you still haven't explained why, if my ideas are wrong, we don't still have moonshiners and bootleggers getting into gang wars on the streets since they ended alcohol prohibition.
