    ☐NON-RESIDENT PROOF OF PERMIT
If you reside in a state that recognizes the validity of the Utah CFP or
has reciprocity with Utah, you must obtain a CFP or CCW from your
home state and submit a copy with the expiration date visible. For a
list of reciprocal states visit: BCI.UTAH.GOV You are considered a
resident of whichever state issued your ID. If your state does not
recognize the Utah permit this does not apply. If you are applying for
a Provisional Concealed Firearm Permit and your state honors the
Utah Provisional Permit you must include a copy of your state’s
    concealed firearm permit.

PA no long honors non-resident licensees. A UT permit will do him no good in PA if he is a MD resident.

ChesCo will, if you have a home state license.

When did they change this? I understood PA residents could not use non-resident from another state while in PA. But residents of other states, the Utah non-resident was valid in PA.. AS LONG AS they have a valid permit from their resident state ???

This stuff is so hard to keep up on.. even with the smart phone apps

When will they pass the National Reciprocity and then we can just be confused over what hardware is legal in each area

I believe that was AG Kane not Wolf prior to her going to the hoosegow. The AG controls the reciprocity stuff for the state.

Man oh man we have to get more conservative, pro gun, lower taxes control over our state.
