I’ll second this. My American Legion post has a beast feast in March and bobcat was on the menu 2 years ago. The meat was white, but a little grainy.

A friend of mine in Colorado has a Bobcat as a pet that he rescued from the wild as a Kitten. He's had it for several years. It eats A LOT of meat, and is a bit rambunctious, but beyond that is a good pet.
