It was nowhere near as crowded as it usually is. Normally there is a line of 20-40 people waiting at opening. There was maybe 7 of us today. We stayed until lunch. Even then not crowded.

LOTS of AR pistols. More than I've ever seen.

Some good knife vendors. I bought a nice Gerber 06 auto.

I made a reasonable offer to a guy on a used Taurus 85. I offered $25 bucks less than his asking price. He took the revolver back and rather pissily said "no". Oh, well. I'm not the one sitting on unsold merchandise. I like the Gerber better anyway.

Split Rock is pretty much always a decent show.

$25 is too much for a Taurus!

I got in around noon. Was surprised to find a Ruger LCP Custom, the one with the red trigger and better sights than the regular LCP. These are not all that common. Was a used piece, dickered a bit with the price and it came home with me. I do like this show, enough different stuff to keep it interesting without being overwhelming. I have found stuff at Split Rock GS that I was looking for at Oaks with no luck. I usually end up spending about an hour at this one before moving on to other things. For those who haven't been to this one in years, there used to be a toll to get there, that's been gone for a while.

Went to the show on Saturday. Got on site around 11am and parking was a challenge, but doable. Ended up picking up three Glock 43x mags and a G19/17... 24 round Glock Mag. Mag prices were great and better than anywhere I have seen when it comes to OD.
