Probably, because this is such a hot-button issue. In the grand scheme, do you really want to tell your liberal friends that you made a fortunate in the AR-15 Futures Market? I don't mean you, per se. I mean the average person who is that heavily into stocks.

I told my wife to invest in S&W & Ruger back before Trump won, thinking we'd strike it rich. Well, it just wasn't to be

That isn't what happened at all.

Ok, everyone can settle down a bit. Yes, on the face of it, it appears to suck. It does not!
Follow me. SCOTUS merely ruled that they will not rule on this case YET. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? It means that SCOTUS needs to be the final step. The case has not climbed all the steps ( lower courts) to the Highest Court in the land.
For now, the ruling stands that, as presented, the lawsuit can proceed. It will be heard, tried, and adjudicated, and THEN, can be presented to the next level of court to be supported, or denied and corrected.
This is a good ruling for us! It means that we have several ways that this can be defeated. The current court may hear the case and rule it has no merit. Then appeals process kicks in and that court may toss it. Climbing the ladder, one step at a time, we may not even reach SCOTUS and find it gets kicked out.
Clearly, if it does reach SCOTUS, we will prevail.
Want more good news! Ruth Badger Ginsburg fell, broke several ribs, and, hey, old people sometimes die! Wouldn’t it be great if President Trump got another SCOTUS Justice to nominate DURING the impeachment circus!
