I didn't know about the Blitz gas can thing.
Vaguely kinda wondered why that brand name disappeared.
    That's some fucked up shit.

Sadly, I hate their ammo, and frankly most of the firearms they make, so I won't be supporting them in the same way.

Cant see this working out because the shooter killed his mother. She was the purchaser. So they should be suing her. Why not sue the estate of the deceased mother? No $ is why.

We have apparently tossed personal responsibility out the window. There are several people who companies should be allowed to sue for not utilizing the
product for it's intended purpose then.

Remington is not Remington anymore. Growing up, selecting a deer rifle, it was usually between a Remington 700 or a Winchester M70. If you didn't have enough money it was either a Marlin or Winchester .30-30. No longer.

One interesting thing is the main holding company for Bushmaster, Remington, and the Freedom Group is Cerberus Capital Management and as of 2015 that is also where the bulk of the California teachers union had their pension fund invested with. I do not know if that has changed in the last 4 years but it would be interesting if this law suit ends up screwing those hypocritical bastards who run the CA teachers union.

HA, and Karma raises his head. Yuuuuuuggggeeee article in today's newspaper on how the SCOTUS is allowing the suit to go forward without the root reason for the decision.

Understood. In a time where there are so many companies to boycott that are anti 2A, I was trying to find one to throw some extra support behind.

For the SCOTUS to allow this to move forward has set precedent to be able to sue any maker for anything. Sue Ford/Chevy/whatever for making a car that is capable of doing race course speeds while marketing them to un-trained drivers comes to mind. Involved in an accident, Sue, Sue, Sue !!!
