Polling place in a school carry question.
School closed. Section of the building open for access to booths set up in gym. Normally a middle school.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Commonwealth v. Goslin made it legal to lawfully carry a firearm on school grounds. As long as there's no ill intent (which could depend on who you're voting for), carrying in the polling place would not be illegal, even if the polling place was in a school.

Re: Polling place in a school carry question.
The Goslin ruling was the Pennsylvania Superior Court, which is the court of appeals and only one step below the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. True, it didn't make it "legal", but it's no longer "illegal". The state legislature has to fix the wording on the statute.

I am very careful not to flex my hands into fists when in a building that forbids weapons. Wear soft shoes, too.

If confronted, there will surely be great fanfare. Depends on whether you want your life in the news. Could be an interesting process.

Ours is also, did not want to be a test case. Did wear my MAGA hat, only received positive comments.
