done and they really tried to play down marsy's law on the ballot making it sound like it was to help those in need vs bypassing due process.

I wrote on Marcy's law, pointing out the negative aspects the general ads don't address, and emailed a lot of folks on my mail list. I got not one response, which worries me.

even my wife (with no input) voted no on marsys law...even though that's not what they called it. There should be a requirement that it is called what it actually is not a broad definition.

Concerning "Marcy's Law", it doesn't matter right now how anyone voted. It's up to the court to rule on whether the Pa. Constitution can be amended this way or not.

Anyway, I voted, while OCing. Nobody said a word. At 3:00 p.m. I was Voter #41. It's a small borough.

We had around 33% turnout, not bad for a boring little election of mainly unopposed county and borough races.

We had paper ballots for the first time. After the first 20 voters, the scanner broke, and a new scanner had to be brought in. Everything went smooth after that.

They're counting the ballot votes despite the courts.

If it's 'yes' they count, if it's 'no' they don't.
