Not saying that. If you like to have sex, both people have to be ready for what could happen. If you both can not except the responsibility, don't have sex. Every type of contraception is about 90% effective. If you mess around enough without using a condom, you have a higher chance of getting AIDS. Don't be shocked if you get a blood test and the doctor says you have HIV after you messed around with over a hundred women over the last twenty years. Life is full of choices.

Most birth control medications are chemically more than 90% effective. Human error and drug interactions are what bring the real world effective percentage down. Taking birth control medication on time and using alternate birth control when you may have a drug interaction that could reduce birth control effectiveness its more like 99%.

Yes, in a perfect world it's 99% but I don't trust women. They "say" they are on the pill or patch, purposely "forget" to take it... actually forget to take it, take medication with it they shouldn't, ETC.

Politically I'm pro choice. While I don't like late term abortions,I'm not going to support banning them them for fear of a slippery slope.

Personally. I would never ask a partner to have one no matter what the circumstances.

I'm not an abstinence till marriage person, but I'm also not the one night stand person. I choose my partners wisely. I use(d) condoms until the relationship was serious and I could trust my partner implicitly.

Personalty I've never had a pregnancy and or STD scare.
