The wife and I did our civic duty on the way home from the grocery store and I see we are back to paper ballots.

I noticed that too. I was ready to go into a both instead I had to sit down and color in a paper.

What was with the wording on Marsy’s Law? It's wording left me feeling uncomfortable. Didn't even many the law on the ballot, allowing for a quick Google search. It just said (paraphrasing) "we should give the victims the right to...". It sounded good on paper, but it wasn't a real description of the proposed act.

It is a yes or no vote that isn't being counted pending the court case and outcome.

Election days are the longest days. As more and more people move into Monroe county from NY and NJ, these elections become more nerve racking.

Looks like Kurt is in the lead by about 200 votes which is surprising to me. Monroe county as a whole is taking a beating by democrats including judges.

As of right now it is 5246/4607, Ken/Kurt. 28 precincts out of 52 reporting.

    This is pretty tight IMHO.

Well all 52 Precincts are in and Ken took it by 1135 votes at 52% of the votes, overall Republicans did okay in this county.

Not the landslide I was expecting and further proof of where this county is heading. People voting Democrat just because. When an irresponsible person with no experience comes that close to winning an election, it's a scary thing.
