    Yes sir, points well taken. So I have heard no one speak of lemon oil, what kind?

    Thanks for adding that. I always try and add that point as a disclaimer when talking about wood oil finishes but I forgot this time. Whenever I wipe down / refinish a stock with linseed the rags go straight to the fire pit.

    I would take the same precautions with lemon oil. All vegetable oils can oxidize and harden. Its just a matter or how fast and if it is fast enough to generate enough heat.
