Congratulations! Pheasant hunting is on my "Wish to do list". Maybe if my health holds up and the stars align just so...

Congratulations, I shot my first one in 1958 near Stroudsburg in a pine forest on a rainy day, with my Remington Wingmaster 12 gauge. Hope you can get out there and shoot many more.

Thank you! Now I need to figure out how to cook the breast properly so that maybe I can use it in some chili?

My first pheasant was sitting on a fence post! Nothing to brag about but hey I was 13 or 14 so couldn't pass it up. Location now of course is a housing development in East Whiteland.

Bravo...my first deer hunt was almost successful...

I just refused to pull a Texas heart shot. No way.

My family moved to Chester County (West Goshen Township) in 1966 and there was nothing but corn fields filled with ringnecks. I haven’t seen one in decades.

I consider that successful. It's successful proof that you're an ethical hunter and not a slob.

I've seen a few around here in the last year. We are not near anyplace that's stocked. I took pictures of a male on the Cheslen Preserve, and have seen 2 hens on our property. We have perfect pheasant habitat here.
Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!
