    Default Retention Election

I looked at a sample ballot for my precinct, and there are judicial retention questions on the back of the ballot. The parties of the judges are not identified. Please do some homework so you know what you're doing! The FOAC Voter Guide is a good place to start.

Because people have no clue who these people are, only once has a judge not been retained. I haven't done all of the homework on her yet, but it appears that we have a chance to get rid of a Philadelphia Democrat on the Superior Court. Her name is on the ballot but is absent from the FOAC guide.
Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!

Where did you find your sample ballot? I'd like to look at mine.

They can usually be found on your county government's website, e.g. http://www.centrecountypa.gov/245/Sample-Ballots
However, I couldn't find them on Berks County's...

From the look of it, I believe her name is Amanda Green-Hawkins. She should be the first name on the ballot you see, in ballot position #1.

Of course. Her name is Anita Lazarus. She is a known Philadelphia Dem. I don't know her record yet

Guess not. Green-Hawkins is a general election candidate, not a retention candidate. Still, don't vote for her, nor the other (D) on the general ballot.

Mine is on the Chesco website. Just google "Sample Ballot [your county]". In Chesco, you are directed to enter information so you see a ballot for your precinct.

That works, there are several judges up for retention.

This is your chance to prove me wrong, I know a lot of you hate me reminding you that you are the problem and not the NRA, GOA or any other entity that is paid to lobby. Prove me wrong that you aren't the problem and you do go out to vote even if the game is on the TV. Here's the ballot for my precinct but there are consequences for not showing up like when the PA Supreme Court was up for election.

    Retention:

    Anne Lazarus - no

    Judith Olson - yes

    2019 Municipal General Election-SPECIMEN_Part57.pdf

It only matters if you turn off the TV and go out to vote.
