    In the court of common pleas of Allegheny County PA Civil Division.

    Case GD 19-005308

    City of Pittsburgh's new gun ordinance is found void and unenforceable.

    Sorry the actual doc is in PDF.. I will try to update with text later for now the case number is listed above.
    The 2nd amendment is the RESET BUTTON on the constitution.

    You can find the decision here, in case GD-19-5330, where all three of the ordinances were ruled, in total, preempted - https://blog.princelaw.com/2019/10/2...es-struck-down. In GD-19-5308, NRA only contended that one provision of one of the ordinances was preempted.
