russian special forces.
anybody interested in teh ak platform needs to watch this.
a few of teh things they show on this one are pretty neat to say teh least.it's only metal, we can out think it....

I was excited about the military channel but by the 3rd month I think I have seen every Top 10 show, and everything else. LOL The Spetsnaz show was pretty cool though. My kids watched it too. My kids want one of those shovels now.

It was a good show. Watching how they train makes me wonder something though. Are they showing off for the cameras? Or do they really train that hard all the time? If they do then I have to wonder on average who would win hand to hand........one of them or a SEAL?
