Crime statistics probably reflect a high percentage of DUIs starting out as a head or tail light out.

When I first went there I told the officer at the counter that I had a LTCF and that I was carrying. I asked him if that was okay. He said "why not, it's your constitutional right." But he agreed that some ranges flip out if they see someone carrying, but told me it was okay there. It's all good, I don't hold a grudge. It was just a reminder that you don't have to be interrogated at every police stop.
There’s a reason they treat you well at that range. You are giving them money to put in their pockets, therefore you are a citizen to be respected. When the same guy pulls you over, you are a subject and open to being treated as a lesser being.
What most don’t realize is, those of us who have been mistreated have developed a keen eye for those little ‘blue line’ stickers.
Ever notice how those cars usually have paint scratched? Ever wonder how that happens? So do I.

I work with a guy whose car has had a burned out headlight for over a year and a half. When he gets pulled over , he plays the DWB card.

Seriously, it sounds as though everything he asked was relevant to what he saw in plain sight.

If you want to tell the police where you were, where you live, what you do for a living, etc., for a traffic stop, then be my guest.

I'd have to report that one to his superior officer.
