I am HIGHLY considering this - is a UPIN the VAF form, only issued if denied? Or can you get one at any time?

I had this occur with my first purchase years ago, there are like 7 pages worth of results for my name on the justice portal. However I haven’t had an issue since then.

You will get a UPIN if denied, then subsequently win a challenge with the State Police.

I don't think there is a method to get a federal voluntary UPIN like the FBI offers since the PSP is the determining entity in PA.

Do you recall how many days you sat on a PICS hold for your first one?

Just curious, what exactly did you do to get adjudicated delinquent under 18 PA CS 7612 and how old were you? That's the statute that prohibits DDOS (Distributed Denial of service) attacks in PA in case anyone doesn't know.

Funny news... PICS is still "In Research" - but my PATCH request came back. "No Record" according to PSP - even though 10 months earlier it pulled up my record, it's like the repository erased my juvenile charge and adult ones lol.

I was doing a demonstration at school of how DDOS attacks work... and I shutdown the local (and national) cable company for 2 weeks including their network operations center and their phone support system.... my bot I was using for the school project didn't stop when I ordered it too...

Your "bot" did exactly what you told it to do, you just didn't tell it to do the correct thing.

It's the old - my school project shut down the national cable company cause my bot didn't do what I told it to - ploy...
