These were people on our side. I was talking in generalities regarding anonymous reporting, and the "we must investigate" and how they can, will and are being abused. Blank stares and shrugs.

that is what i am saying for the most part. it runs along the lines of not being taught your rights, therefor making them easier to strip you of them.

the brainwashed run the show now and have little concern about giving up liberty.
especially if they feel it can be leveraged to their advantage, damn the consequences later on.
dems just happen to be the BEST example of it.

Just vote no and if the machine the registers the votes changes it to yes there's pretty much nothing that can be done about that.

proceedings free from unreasonable delay and a prompt and final conclusion of the case; (how does this affect appeals process?)
and, … discovery request made by the accused; (just plain illegal)
give me pause. Not good ideas. I am concerned that the average bear seeing it at the voting booth for the first time will think it sounds good.
This should not be presented as a proposition vote.

There's a reason why the federal and state constitutions can't be amended by popular vote.

same as if your paper ballot ends up in a box that gets "lost" or thrown out and swapped with a new one that contains the appropriate choices.

That provision also caught my attention. It is a clear 5th & 6th amendment violation.
And I assume could also be applied to civil cases, where an accused would be unable to depose an accuser.

What are the chances of these types of alterations to the states constitution passing?
$6 million have been contributed in support so far, $0 against. It has passed in all states where it has been proposed.
    chances are 99%
