Socialists aren't fans of due process. It gets in the way of their elimination of dissenters.

As well as Montana, Kentucky overturned Marsy's Law, too:

Do we know how this is going to be worded on this years ballot?

I'm going to guess that the ballots are already printed up and this is a sample copy for my area. It's on the first page, judge retention is on the third.

I've found articles on the following states ruling Marsy's Law UNCONSTITUTIONAL:
    California (wow!)
    Kentucky
    Montana

In process of being challenged and voided:
Pennsylvania (on the way, votes will not be counted yet)
    Nevada
    North Dakota

    Passed in:
    Florida
    Georgia
    Oklahoma

    Also voting:
    Wisconsin (on April 2020 ballot)

There may be more. The ACLU is on the ball in most if not all of these states.

Everyone needs to understand that although the injunction was granted, you still need to vote NO on the issue on Tuesday, as it is possible that the injunction could be dissolved in the future and the Secretary directed to tabulate and certify the votes. https://blog.princelaw.com/2019/10/3...n-is-enjoined/
