Anytime I see "constitution ammended" it's a default no. From there I apply due scrutiny to whatever I read next. It would take a lot to change my mind. No way does this one clear the bar. All that BS about protecting the victims identity, not allowing the defense to interview the accuser... GTF out. Big ol' nope.

��BREAKING ….A Commonwealth Court judge has ruled that Pennsylvania may not tally the votes on the constitutional amendment before voters on November 5. Judge Ellen Ceisler granted a preliminary injunction on the ballot measure known as Marcy's Law.

However, as a voter, you will want to vote on the ballot measure anyway because it is unknown how the court will ultimately rule.
