ACLU's Court hearing today!

It is not often I cheer on the ACLU, but this is one of those times! Heading this off at the pass, so to speak, will be a lot easier than having to take it to court later.

The ACLU has a very mixed record on winning cases because they bring many frivolous and questionable cases before the courts. Most of their cases involve destroying the culture.
