be amended to grant certain rights
to crime victims, including to be
    treated with fairness, respect and
    dignity; considering their safety in
    bail proceedings; timely notice and
opportunity to take part in public

    YES
    NO
That question should be ruled invalid as it is too vague for the uninformed populace to make a decision. It's utterly wrong for this to be on the ballot in such a short time before the election.

    What's vague about "certain rights"?
How could anyone vote "no" to "fairness"?

They won’t be counted immediately, but may, in the future, be counted, which is why it is imperative that you vote No

I guarantee they will be counted and used and if in favor used as propaganda to gain more traction to get it passed through some other way.

Frazier called and left 2 voicemails asking me to vote "yes", and if a drug addicted Hollywood actor says I should, I'm going to do it!
