But now we have a bench full of liberal SC judges in PA...so take nothing for granted.

HELENA, MT – The Montana Supreme Court ruled in favor of the ACLU of Montana’s lawsuit today that CI-116, commonly referred to as Marsy’s Law, is unconstitutional and is “void in its entirety.”

    Great find. Thanks for posting.

This can help us explain to others why they should vote NO, aside from Wolf supporting it.

Vote against this amendment. It is something that leftists want to use prosecute and punish before a trial has even begun. If Wolf is for it the intent is not good for honest law abiding citizens.

So it basically takes away presumption of evidence. Its no coincidence that they are putting it on the ballot during a municipal election year.

The question now is will it pass with 90 or 95% of the vote?

i'm fine with two murderers walking free if an innocent man isn't imprisoned for some thought crime because it could also ensure those two murderers would've been jailed.
America should accept that some criminals will go free to ensure that we do not remove an innocent's liberties.

this will get a big NO from me whenever i figure out how to use the new paper machines.

What matters the most is whether your vote was recorded as you cast it. I believe they are playing games with this. I want to be able to see how my vote was recorded.

Just to make it more interesting, you'll get to use Chesco's new voting machines this year. To me, they seem to add another opportunity for mischief.
