I'm not sure, I think someone is trying to sell some rifles or something and it's one of those BOGO deals.

    Oh cool, an acronym that:
    a) makes sense
    b) more than 1 person knows what it means
    c) doesn’t become dumber once you find out what it means

OP is some liberal troll. Hes just mad that he cant use our classified section to add to his collection. He also assumes all deals require lctf (when in my experience it's only listed as a "requirement " on this site and not other gun classifieds) .

He hates that anybody would ask to see I'd but thinks someone keeping a bound book of bill of sales is perfectly reasonable.....

You would think that anyone who fits in as a member of a gun forum, would understand the concept of putting in a little extra effort to protect yourself.

Most people buying guns privately are law-abiding, but ALL of the criminals try to buy guns privately, and none of those criminals have valid LTCF's.

I got this far (your intro was hilarious, as you still have NO arguments, yet), so let me explain the reasonableness of belief.

Showing an LTCF by the buyer, demonstrates a REASONABLE BELIEF the buyer is NOT PROHIBITED. PICS is much the same. It only applies to prohibiting acts that are already in the system.

It's sad that this has been explained before and you keep circling around the same thought that we do the work of the government, when in fact, WE DON'T WANT TO VIOLATE ANY LAWS, thus having our own RTKBA stripped.

This shit really isn't that complicated. Take NOTES if you have too.

Perhaps Maryland should have tougher hoops to jump thru if this guy is an example of MD thinking?
