Re: Question About Buying A Long Gun In PA
It’s not that a law has been violated. Thing is, if you sell a firearm no questions asked, to a person who uses it to commit a crime, than you can guarantee being questioned by authorities if its traced back to you. And they will attempt to find some wrong-doing to bring charges against you.
Wait... Emptymag, are you supporting Maryland Guy’s argument here? Or are you simply playing devils advocate?Remember Biden the Pedophile! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSRqaO6DXcA

Re: Question About Buying A Long Gun In PA
No, because I believe our existing federal laws are adequate. They simply must be better enforced! The problem as I see it, is the same group of persons who want MORE gun laws, are the same people who let criminals off! That would be demoncrats! But a personal transaction between two people is entirely different. Both should look to protect themselves.

Re: Question About Buying A Long Gun In PA
I'm surprised that nobody has used the default response from the open-rifle-carrier faction; why do we demand an LTCF before selling a long gun to a stranger? Because we can; because it's our right; am I being detained?

Re: Question About Buying A Long Gun In PA
If existing laws are adequate, why so much hate (not directed specifically at you) for those who suggest not going beyond that? It smells a whole lot like "I think open carry should be legal, but I don't think you should do it, because if you do it, people will be uncomfortable, and then it will be outlawed."
What I see is a bunch of gun owners independently creating a circumstance that they would vocally oppose if the law mandated the very same thing.
Makes ZERO sense to me.Get your "Guns Save Lives" stickers today! PM for more info.

Re: Question About Buying A Long Gun In PA
A private individual selling a firearm, who asks to see an LTCF or at least a DL, has no AGENDA at hand! That person is simply looking to protect themselves & their own. Our demoncrat house attempting to pass new gun laws, absolutely has an agenda! It has nothing to do with protection, and everything to do with disarming & controlling the public! PERIOD!
I certainly haven’t seen any evidence of anyone wanting to open carry, but frowning on others doing it! I love seeing others using their Rights! I would only frown on bad behavior.Remember Biden the Pedophile! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSRqaO6DXcA
