Are you saying you would advocate a non MD resident coming to MD to purchase a firearm, no questions asked because asking for proof of residency only reinforces the "Left, liberal, gun hating socialists" control over gun ownership? If so, let me know when you're running for Congress, because you will get my vote!
Anyone can make an excuse, but the fact remains, the viewing of a LTCF is not a law, it's not even a guideline. Most FTF transfer in MD are done with a handshake. But you know what, I'm done with this post. You all can do what you want, I was just trying to understand why most require a LTCF from the buyer to conduct a transfer. You've proven to me that the gun owners in PA are much more paranoid than even MD gun owners. This shouda, coulda, woulda is just nonsense. But it doesn't affect me, so enjoy your BGOS and all the misery that goes with it.

Yeah and in 1964 abortion numbers were much less than today. 2014 and 2019 is a world of difference. But when you have nothing else to argue about, you try to pick and deflect the conversation to some other aspect.

What does this have to do with the subject at hand? Nice deflection!

Lol okay I guess I will just tell the two MD LE officers I know one being my brother a 15 year LE veteran between WDC and Anne Arundel County MD, that they are lying to me. He left law enforcement on good terms after 10 years in MD and was denied for not having enough of a reason.

Ohh it seems they weren't lying and your not as smart as you think you are.

    https://www.marylandshallissue.org/j...-carry-permits

Why Even LEOs Should Consider Carry Permits

Surprisingly, the MSP will frequently refuse to issue permits to inactive LEOs, telling them they are ineligible, especially if they have waited more than a year to apply once separated from their active service as a Law Enforcement Officer.

During administrative suspensions or while on lengthy disability, officers will often have their issued firearms recalled.

Also, LEOSA re-certification may not be readily available, especially if you are injured traveling, or apply during budget cuts.
Bye the way I never believed you were lying about having yours since MD did ease their shall issue requirements and restrictions for business owners earlier this year So congratulations your in the more special then everyone else protected class.

How's it feel to be so wrong in 1 post????
Than you are among a select few. Perhaps you are a landlord and DO have one...but your post is still a lie! You said it’s not as difficult to get as people believe. That is an outright LIE! So go ahead and keep arguing the point & lying. Most liberals do.

Holy crap! Did you ACTUALLY just compare a the difference in baby murder from 1964 & 2019 being similar to the difference in permits to handguns in 2014 & 2019??? Wow!

Have fun living in the “PROTECTED Illegal Alien RAPISTS” capital state in the country & adding to crime stats Libtard. Demoncrats are good at breaking laws anyway.
