I will add that there are some sellers who actually market to illegal buyers. I stopped going to one flea market years ago, a big venue in PA that was an easy drive from NY and NJ; in addition to the usual broken toasters and partial boxes of cereal, they had plenty of long guns for sale, but the prices on used shotguns and rifles were higher than new retail; who's the primary market for that? Not people like me who could legally go to an FFL and buy a new gun for less, that's for sure. Maybe some old coots who don't use the Internet and don't know gun prices, maybe a few die-hards who could pass PICS but only want unpapered guns, but mostly it's the legally prohibited, those who couldn't pass PICS and can't own those guns back in their home states.

Similar situation at a monthly flea market here in in JeffCo. A couple folk always in the same locations with guns priced well beyond what they should be. Not even desirable or collector models either.

So, let me get this right, everyone who supports this LTCF action would be OKAY if the PA government made it MANDITORY for ALL transfers to be conducting with a LTCF, no exceptions? I mean after all, you're imposing folks to this self imposed regulation.

I make all kinds of choices, every day. I impose upon myself all kinds of things, every day. That hardly means I am "OKAY" with the government imposing them upon me.

Stay in Maryland. It's the perfect place for you.

Of course not! Where on earth are you getting that from?? Look Maryland Guy...your futile attempt to assert that Maryland & it’s inhabitants are somehow more “Firearms Friendly” than Pa., is simply laughable!

A local, State or Federal Government looking to REGISTER gun owners & a private seller taking every step to protect THEMSELVES, are two absolutely different scenarios! Conflating the two in a twisted reality is not only misleading, but in fact downright deceptive! The same kind of deception which the corrupt Left with TDS are experts at!
