Regarding fingerprint cards and NFA applications

This is not true. Fingerprint cards must be sent in with each form.

Nope, as said, you must include two fingerprint cards with each application. However, IIRC, fingerprint cards are good for 1 year from the date the FP's are done. So it you think you will be doing multiple applications in a years time, get a bunch of FP cards done at the same time, that way you have them when you need them.

That one year limit is for the pictures. As far as I can tell, there is no regulation addressing age of fingerprint cards.

If anyone does find anything, I'd love to see it.

IIRC what you are thinking of has something to do with the responsible people listed in a Trust
