Default Finding a Non-Resident permit to Enhance my PA License to carry

I recently moved to PA from OH. I had a PA Non resident when still in OH. I think at that time I had 37 States. But now that my OH resident permit is no longer valid, and OH doesn't have a non-resident permit. I'm down a few States most notably, DE. Which State , with a non-resident permit, would make the most sense for me to get.

As a PA resident. In addition to PA LTCF; I also have Arizona + Utah permits.
They both cover Nevada, Nebraska, + Delaware.
    Arizona also adds New Mexico
    and Utah adds Washington.

I decided upon getting those two by using this website: https://www.usacarry.com/concealed_c...city_maps.html

For me, Arizona. It is farily easy to get, only one set of fingerprints is needed, and the renewal fee is abot half of the initial fee. Not being out west much, I have it for Delaware.

With the guys that I know FL and UT are the two most popular ones. They both will get you DE on this side of the country but neither will get you SC, MD, NY or NJ. Something makes me think that you have to take a shooting class for the FL license but the UT only requires a classroom session. UT also requires a passport quality photo and fingerprints. The classes that I have seen either include them in the price or have them available at the class for additional fees.

Go with AZ. It's cheaper, quicker, and easier overall. Fingerprinting also required only for the initial license.

FL will take lots of different training. Doesn't have to be a live fire training. They'll take a DD214 as well as proof of training. That said, I think I'm going to get Arizona to cover me for deleware next.

Good info. I've been trying to get more states as well. I've been watching out for classes for a Utah non resident permit, but I'm gonna look into AZ.
PS What's the wait time for AZ permit?

What would make AZ beneficial over UT?

If you wanted to carry in New Mexico but not Washington state go for AZ. Utah for Washington state but not New Mexico.
