Doesn't look good for me.
I work every Sat at 7pm and I've taken 2 Saturdays off (one for the central PA shoot and one so the wife and I could get away for a day), so I don't think they will be happy with me asking for yet another Sat off. (the need to have workers is greater on the weekend)
I'd say I could try to switch shifts with someone, but I'm the only one with that schedule, so that won't work.

If you will fund the purchase of the wood, and I have no idea how much it would be, I can try to make you a giant balsa wood “assault rifle” for the protest. You may not be able to be armed, but a scale replica sized up to 10’ or 12’ requiring several people to carry would make an impression and nice photos for the press (break down style for transport).

I’d mount it on sticks to make it easy to carry, protest-sign style. You could keep it to use for future rallies...and start a tradition of having people sign it at rallies...optional: maybe charge $1 or something to sign, $2 for a picture with it. use the funds toward the 2A cause. It could be a whole thing...the giant 2A black protest rifle...

Yeah....I used the term in the loosest sense. A ten foot long or twelve foot long or fifteen foot long wooden version almost certainly wouldn’t qualify as a “replica” under the most strict version of such a law anywhere, on any planet.
