Pistol ID help!
Not very often I can identify a firearm. Closest I’ve found are older nagants or Webley but I cannot find an exact match on this. I can identify the Belgian proof marks but I cannot identify the manufacturer logo “WG” with what looks like a firearm. The “rib” on top of the barrel and hammer are unique as is the lever on the left side above the grip. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!878B1811-D69E-4E02-B62E-4E89CD1C08C3.jpg85D12AA4-E525-428E-8805-8B6E4117AD0B.jpg931ED3BD-53A3-4D3C-BF1C-171BBB6733ED.jpg

Re: Pistol ID help!
Can you post a clear picture of the top of the grip where the logo is?

Re: Pistol ID help!
There we a bunch of "generic" Belgian pistol makers around that time frame, unless you get lucky you're probably going to be in for a bunch of digging to find out what it is.

Re: Pistol ID help!
Knight on horse killing dragon. The company logo looks like WG with a dragon between the letters.

For those who don't recognize St. George slaying the Dragon, let me remind you that symbol is found in the crest on the Federation of Russia Coat of Arms.
Are you able to measure the bore? Maybe that could provide some clues.Last edited by Brick; September 28th, 2019 at 06:11 PM.

Is that a safety above the grip?
