I don’t have anything to measure it right now - it says “Cart Nagant 3’’’ russes” on top though.

The nagant is a belgian design, and they adopted one (not the same as the russian, as it lacks the gas seal) so it is possible that the revolver is chambered in either the 7.5 belgian or 7.62x38r round.
