Sorry to hear you had that happen.

In TM's defense, I've bought from them for years and was a DE resident until the middle of last year (2019).

For the last few years they have had a DE office, where they will do transfers to DE, at no additional cost to the customers.

Thad, the gentlemen who handles the DE transfers, is a class act and I can't remember any problems I've ever had with them (TM), but then I mostly purchase used firearms.

They've always treated me well, but I guess that's just me.

TM is known for 2 things, high xfer rates for internet purchases, and the way they treat the folks that walk in when they don't know much about guns. They are downright rude, and yes I have seen it.
While I have seen their rude behavior, they have never treated ME rudely.

On the upside they sell bulk ammo at internet prices which is the only reason I ever stop in as they are NOT my LGS and their prices are higher than my LGS.

Even though targetmaster is the closest range to me, after going to target shooting solutions in Avondale, I’ve decided it’s worth the extra driving time down US-1. Their range can also handle heavier calibers. Only thing I will concede is that targetmaster’s firearm selection in the store is slightly better.

I bought my first Glock from them over 20yrs ago...but they are now too far from me and there is better deals around me now...

I did see and hear some interaction between one of their sales guy and an off duty cop a few years ago that was heading in the wrong direction until another employee intervened..

That's funny because I find TSS too expensive. Keep going a few more exits down to RT10. Go south on RT 10 to an Ace Hardware store called Camerons. They are cheaper.

PS. I am originally from Wallyworld, can't help but wonder if I know you.

TM doesn't know as much as they think they know about guns. They had a tag on a CZ27 stating that it was a CZ24. Big difference!

Shouldn't this thread be in the "Where to (or not to) Spend Money" section? Wonder if TM - which is five minutes from me, monitors this site or cares about (negative) feedback. Sometimes I shoot there, but haven't bout from there in some years other than ammo.

I believe you are right, maybe an Admin will move it.
