    Default Dutch Wonderland

Anyone been here recently? Their literature states that "metal detection equipment may be used," but last time I was there (about 2 years ago), there was no logistical impediment to CCW there. Have things changed?

I work as an EMT at Hershey, and did some travel to DW over the summer as well because of friends that work at DW. There is no metal detectors there. They also do not search persons if they have no reason to do so. DW had none in June. Hershey still doesn't have one. Hershey if you even say your a Police Officer and they ask you if you have a gun on you and you say yes, they take you to security and put it in a safe. DW I am not sure what they would do/say.

I CC'd at DW about a month ago. There were unarmed security guards just before the entrance checking bags, but nothing else. I was only wearing a t-shirt as a cover so I can't imagine that I didn't print sometimes, but nobody said a word.

I was there twice this season. The security were more interested in the outside food and beverage we were taking into the park than the SP101 under my shirt. They didnt ask, I didnt tell. Nice place by the way.
