Default Any shops in SWPA take brass as trade-in allowance or offer reload services?

I’d like to get into reloading “someday”, but I don’t see “someday” coming anytime soon. So - anyplace near PGH do trade-in allowances on brass?

    TIA

You could probably sell some of the "rarer to find on the ground at the range" stuff on here.
