Brownells as a sponsor?
Just curious about having Brownells as a sponsor. I use Ad-Block with my Firefox browser. Does PAFOA get paid everytime the ad appears and I am preventing them from getting money because I am using Ad-Block? Or does PAFOA get paid everytime someone clicks on the ad?
Just curious as to how it is setup so I am not screwing PAFOA.

Re: Brownells as a sponsor?
Dan said somewhere else that the PAFOA gets a percentage from all sales that originate from the banner link. So if you're gonna buy at Brownells, start from the PAFOA's link!

We get a 5% commission on all sales, which eventually I plan on seeing if I can negotiate higher.
In the last 20 days it's brought in $123Dan P, Founder & President, Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association

Yeah I haven't bothered advertising much because the ad placement is terrible. I literally just threw it in there as a "crap better try to make SOME money" thing.
We're working on more appropriate ad placements for this stuff.Dan P, Founder & President, Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association

Re: Brownells as a sponsor?
Ive been playing with putting ads in some more places. Non-logged-in-people are going to be seeing lots of ads now. They account for like 75% of our traffic.
My goal is to be making $250/mo off of our affiliate ads within the next 2-3 months (coincidentally our hosting bill)Dan P, Founder & President, Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association
