Re: NJ used RF law every day since passed
So how much court resources is this going to waste to do nothing? Lengthy court hearings for one red flag a day? Lets even say 10 a day....... NJ has a population of about 9 million people. So even in NJ the red flag law inconsequential (and 12 of the 14 were temporary).
NJ screws gun owners every way then can. And trivial violations can mean real jail time (at least on paper). Fed flags should be the least of their worries.

These are just like DUI checkpoints. They violate your constitutional rights but make everyone feel all warm and fuzzy inside so it's ok. "It's for the greater good."
Any vote for a third party is a vote for a Democrat. You are the enemy.
