According to polls 90 percent of NRA members and gun owners are for more gun control, assault weapons bans, red flag laws and background checks. My stance is bring it on. Ban everything, go for confiscations and turn ins, go for it.

I have a plan for that very possibility. It involves lots of loud noises and screaming and blood-red streets!

I fucking love this. I absolutely love this. The pussies are so about gun control right up until the rubber meets the road. Then they look at their constituents and realize oh I will lose my job if I vote for this. Fucking cowards. I love it.

They probably have had the votes in the past. I often think what the 2nd would be like today if Obama had made gun control his signature issue in 2008-12 instead of health care. Democrats had the house, a veto-roof senate and the presidency.

Yes there are some pro gun dems but if he had expended all his political capital on gun control, who knows what those pro gun dems would have done. Universal background checks, mag limits, awb are all a good possibility of what we could have now. I hate Obamacare but it might have saved the 2nd in some ways.

Need I remind everybody that in 1994 we WERE outnumbered? Something about insanity and doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results? Those that remember the first ban also remember that it did jack squat.

I don't know if a AWB will make it out of the house. The democrats might suspect that it won't pass in the Senate so why not make it a campaign issue for 2020. If it does get out of the house and passes the Senate and gets to Trump desk, Should Trump sign it. Trump will get the credit for it.

If the republican held Senate pass an AWB and Trump signs it, it will be the last time I vote GOP.

I do think the senate will pass as extended background check bill and Trump will probably sign it into law.
