OAKS 3 day show OCT 4, 5 & 6, 2019

Missed the last show since I only go when I can help a buddy of mine. He'll have a few tables this time around. I might be trying to offload my Colt 6920 and/or my M1 Garand since I suspect it's haunted or cursed.

Don't give it away. The 6920 LE guns are starting to bring crazy money now that Colt backed off civie market. Finished auction on GB $1100 and up.

It was busier than usual for a Friday afternoon.

Prices on ammo were reasonable. AR and AK prices were reasonable.

Picked up some holsingers. Tasty.

I’m planning on going Saturday. I might be in the market for a garand. Any tips on who to see or who might have one that won’t try to pull one over on me?

ScotsGuards, you seem to have a handle on the vendor situation and I’ve done business with you in the past and trust your judgment. Chime in if you have any tips. Thanks.

Looks for the Garand Guys , usually backs to the wall at the end of the rows.

I'll offload it for a fair value, since I know Colts are going to go crazy. And it'll most likely go to fund a Colt A4 or a SP-1 that my buddy has.

attendance was light, but sales were high. I sold a record number of guns for an Oaks friday. Saturday is usually the busy day for me. hoping to bring home much less than i brought in!
